We deliver recordings to your chosen storage infrastructure (AWS S3, Cloudflare R2, Azure Blob, etc.) in the region you specify. You retain full control over data residency and replication policies.
Do you provide SLAs for uptime and retrieval speed?
We design solutions to meet your operational requirements. During production rollout engagements, we can define target uptime and throughput metrics, and deliver monitoring to track them. Formal SLAs are available for ongoing support contracts.
How are logs and audit trails handled?
All API calls, retrieval events, and storage operations are logged with timestamps and user/system identifiers. Logs are forwarded to your preferred SIEM or logging platform (CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk, etc.) for compliance and forensics.
